TRAUMA-INFORMED THERAPY FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING WOMEN

MEET VIVE

We are women supporting women. Our practice specializes in the unique challenges women face, ranging from trauma, perinatal and postpartum transitions, motherhood, relationships, attachment issues and marriage, to career stress, identity, self-esteem, neurodivergence, and mental health concerns.

Many of our clients have experienced therapy before but reached a plateau. We offer a deeper, more transformative approach, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities and trainings to create real movement and change. With flexible scheduling designed to fit into your life, we provide a space of care, expertise, and understanding, helping you move forward with clarity and strength.

ABOUT VIVE WELLNESS

At Vive Wellness, we believe that real growth starts with an individualized approach. Every mind works differently, and we honor those differences by tailoring each session to your unique strengths and challenges. Using a combination of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EDMR), we create a supportive framework that meets you where you are. Together, we will work toward healing, increased self-confidence, and a deeper sense of well-being.
