Julia Malynka, RP(Q), MACP
Everyone deserves access to life-changing care. Julia works with adolescents, individuals, couples, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, PTSD, personality disorders, and relationship challenges, often with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm or emotional exhaustion that disrupt daily life and connection.
Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is fluent in Ukrainian and brings particular sensitivity to clients navigating cultural transition alongside mental health concerns. Together with her clients, she works to untangle what is keeping them stuck and build a life that feels manageable, meaningful, and genuinely their own.
Her approach draws from DBT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness, tailored to each person rather than applied as a single formula. Over time, clients gain greater emotional regulation, less overwhelm, and a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and connection.
Healing takes courage, and Julia believes no one has to do it alone. When you are ready, she welcomes you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and take that first step together.
