Aryssa Fischer, RP(Q), RSW, MACP
Aryssa brings a rare combination to her practice. As both a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Registered Social Worker, her dual accreditation reflects a depth of education and a breadth of perspective that shapes everything she does in the therapy room.
She has spent years working hands-on with diverse and high-need populations, building a grounded, real-world understanding of what people actually carry when they walk through the door. She works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a particular passion for supporting couples and families navigating complexity together.
Aryssa's approach is collaborative, grounded, and evidence-informed. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR informed, and specialized training in trauma, neurodivergence, OCD, and personality disorders, weaving these together in a way that is responsive to each individual client. Her goal is to create a space where people feel genuinely safe to explore the deeper patterns that have shaped their lives, and to begin to shift them.
If you are looking for a therapist who meets you where you are and works with you every step of the way, Aryssa is that person.
