Brandon Figueroa , RP(Q), MACP, B.Ed, BIntSt
Most men don't arrive at therapy because things are going well. They arrive because something finally cracked in their marriage, their relationship with their kids, or their sense of who they are when no one is watching. That is exactly who Brandon is here for.
Brandon is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a background spanning education and international studies. He works with men, fathers, parents, and children and teens, with a particular focus on the moments in life that demand more than just getting through it: identity, fatherhood, family conflict, emotional resilience, and the pressure of showing up for everyone while running on empty.
His approach is practical, grounded, and built around real tools. He draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused therapy, and family systems work, adapting to what each person actually needs rather than following a fixed script. Sessions with Brandon are direct and non-judgmental, a space where the work gets done without performance or pretense.
If you are a man who has been told to toughen up one too many times, or a parent who loves their family but is not sure they have anything left to give, Brandon will meet you exactly where you are.
