Dylan Mitchell, RP (Q), MACP

Some experiences leave a mark that talk therapy alone cannot reach. Dylan works at that intersection, where trauma, identity, and relational pain meet, and where conventional approaches often fall short.

Dylan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, trained in EMDR, ERP for OCD, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Dylan works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, grief, infidelity, and the full complexity of relational life, including sex therapy and support for those in ethically non-monogamous relationships. Dylan is also fully bilingual in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and provides affirming care for LGBTQ+ communities.

What makes Dylan's practice distinctive is the combination of range and precision. Dylan can hold the weight of deeply complex presentations while remaining grounded, warm, and genuinely without judgment. The work is collaborative and tailored, not a formula applied to a person, but a process built around who that person actually is.

If you have carried something for a long time and are ready to do the kind of work that actually moves the needle, Dylan is ready to go there with you.
