Kirstin Haines, RP(Q), MACP
Not everyone who comes to therapy is in crisis. Some people are carrying something quieter but just as real: a pattern they keep returning to, a version of themselves they are still trying to reach, a chapter of life that has not gone the way they expected. Kirstin works with exactly those people, and she starts wherever they are.
Kirstin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, life transitions, and trauma. Her practice is built around the belief that meaningful change comes from a strong therapeutic relationship.
Her approach draws from CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based practices, and neuro-informed perspectives, always tailored to the individual rather than applied as a formula. Whether she is helping a child build confidence, supporting a teenager through identity and social challenges, or walking alongside an adult through uncertainty, her goal is the same: to help people understand themselves more clearly and build lives that feel more intentional.
If you have been looking for a therapist who genuinely meets you where you are, Kirstin is accepting new clients and offers a free virtual consultation to get started.
