Sabrina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over five years of experience in mental health and addictions settings. She works with individuals navigating addiction, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, with a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults building greater self-understanding.
Drawing from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, narrative therapy, person-centred, and solution-focused approaches, Sabrina focuses on building genuine connection while helping clients strengthen emotional regulation and develop healthier coping strategies. She works alongside each client at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive, fostering change that is meaningful and built to last.
