Stephanie Lowe, RP(Q), MACP, MIR
Stephanie knows what it feels like to run on empty. After spending twelve years in corporate environments, she has a firsthand understanding of workplace stress, burnout, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from putting everyone else first. That experience now shapes how she shows up for her clients.
Stephanie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University. She works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, depression, and life transitions, including career changes, relationship shifts, and periods of real uncertainty about what comes next
Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy, chosen based on what each client actually needs rather than a single fixed model. Stephanie has a particular interest in supporting professionals facing chronic stress, perfectionism, and uncertainty about career direction, helping them build confidence, set boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most.
If you have spent years pushing through and are ready for a space where you can finally show up exactly as you are, Stephanie offers a free 15-minute consultation to see if she is the right fit.
