Victoria Gabriele , RSW, MACP
Victoria works with the people who already know something is wrong but have not yet found a space that can hold all of it: the anxiety that won't quiet, the intrusive thoughts, the weight of trauma that keeps showing up uninvited.
Victoria is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and six years of clinical experience. She specializes in trauma and PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and neurodivergence, using EMDR, ERP, CBT, DBT, IFS, Gottman Method, and somatic approaches, matched precisely to what each person needs rather than applied uniformly. She works with teens, adults, and older adults, and provides affirming care for LGBTQ+ communities, including aviation professionals and other high-demand occupational groups.
Victoria's practice is built on the belief that no one is too much and no one is too far gone. Her style is collaborative, evidence-based, and honest, a space where clients feel genuinely seen rather than managed.
If you are exhausted from carrying thoughts and feelings that never seem to let up, and you are ready to work with someone who takes both the science and the person seriously, Victoria is accepting new clients now.
