Victoria Gabriele , RSW, MACP
Victoria is a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist (MSW) with extensive experience supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. Drawing from EMDR, ERP, CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, and attachment-focused approaches, Victoria tailors therapy to each client’s needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.
Victoria has a particular interest in helping people who feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm. She also works with healthcare professionals, first responders, and other high-responsibility individuals who spend much of their lives caring for others.
She believes meaningful change happens when clients feel both understood and challenged in a supportive way. Her goal is to create a space where people can develop insight, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values.
